It was a great experience working with Greg and Jamie. They installed Luxury vinyl planks for us with perfection. We also needed an extra wooden railing for our stairs. They did both jobs with ease. I especially liked the communication that we had even before the job was scheduled. Greg Burton of ANB Group, LLC, completed several repairs and improvements to our home in March 2023. They included repairing and capping the patio door; repairing drywall and painting the front bay window; replacing HVAC vents and nail pops; and installing a closet system. We are extremely pleased with the customer service, quality craftsmanship, and professionalism we received from Greg (and his assistant Jamie) throughout the entire process. This was our first time using Thumbtack, and I’m so glad we did. Greg responded immediately and came out the next day to review the projects. He explained his approach and suggested various options, answered our questions honestly, and didn’t try to steer us toward more expensive choices. We never felt rushed or manipulated into making a decision. We received and accepted his quote the next day. Greg worked with us to design the closet system and picked everything up himself. He and Jamie worked so quietly and efficiently, we barely knew they were here. They kept us informed every step of the way and made any minor adjustments we asked for. The major project (the closet system) exceeded our expectations. We can’t stop looking at it!
